Mark practiced in the Business Tax group at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and at several prestigious mid-sized law firms in the Los Angeles area, and was a partner in a Southern California-based tax boutique law firm, prior to establishing Saulino Tax Counsel.  Mark was voted a “Super Lawyer” by Southern California Super Lawyers every year from 2014 through 2020, and has spoken and written on various tax matters over the course of his career.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.  He also received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Mark grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and spent ten years attending law school and working in New York City prior to relocating to Los Angeles in 2001.  Mark currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their two children, and when not practicing law enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and rooting for the Dodgers and Rams.
